The Thurmont Food Bank  serves northern Frederick county except the Emmitsburg area which has its own food bank. To receive food come  on Tues. 5-7:00 p.m. and Friday 4-6:00p.m. Cars may line up 30 minutes before opening time. Please bring a picture i.d. with your current address or an i.d. plus a rent receipt, electric bill or other official mail.
